 Chocolate Melting Cake

Ingredients:
8 ounces of semisweet chocolate
1 cup (2 sticks) of butter
7 eggs, divided use
6 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 cup of flour

Directions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter and cool for 10 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix four eggs with sugar.
  4. Whisk.
  5. Then add flour and whisk.
  6. Add the remaining three eggs and add the egg mixture to the chocolate mixture.
  7. Pour this entire mixture into individual ramekins.
  8. Bake until just done, about 10-15 minutes.
  9. If you wish to serve this in a larger baking pan, I recommend between 15-35 minutes.
  10. Check every 5 minutes (Tops should be cooked while the insides are still melting).
  11. Serve with vanilla ice cream (Recommended, but optional).

Red Velvet Cake & Cream Cheese Frosting

Cake Ingredients:
1 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 ounces red velvet coloring (Can be found at a cake shop. I recommend this much more than normal red food coloring.)
2 Tablespoons cocoa (heaping)
1 cup buttermilk
2 1/4 cups cake flour (Not to be confused with normal white flour.)
1 teaspoon vanilla (I always add a little extra.)
1 teaspoon baking soda

Cake Directions:
  1. In a larger mixer bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. In another bowl, mix red velvet coloring and cocoa until cocoa is completely dissolved. Add to the creamed mixture.
  4. Mixing on low speed, add buttermilk and flour alternately, beginning and ending with flour. Mix well but do not over-beat to ensure a light fluffy cake.
  5. Add vanilla flavoring, mix well.
  6. Blend the baking soda into the batter.
  7. Transfer into two floured and greased 9 inch round cake pans.
  8. Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for 25-30 minutes. Cool.

Frosting Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (I don't measure, I always add extra because I like the vanilla taste.)

 Frosting Directions:
  1. In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until creamy.
  2. Mix in the vanilla
  3. Gradually stir in the confectioners' sugar
