8 ounces of semisweet chocolate
1 cup (2 sticks) of butter
7 eggs, divided use
6 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 cup of flour

Directions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter and cool for 10 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix four eggs with sugar.
  4. Whisk.
  5. Then add flour and whisk.
  6. Add the remaining three eggs and add the egg mixture to the chocolate mixture.
  7. Pour this entire mixture into individual ramekins.
  8. Bake until just done, about 10-15 minutes.
  9. If you wish to serve this in a larger baking pan, I recommend between 15-35 minutes.
  10. Check every 5 minutes (Tops should be cooked while the insides are still melting).
  11. Serve with vanilla ice cream (Recommended, but optional).

Red Velvet Cake & Cream Cheese Frosting

Cake Ingredients:
1 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 ounces red velvet coloring (Can be found at a cake shop. I recommend this much more than normal red food coloring.)
2 Tablespoons cocoa (heaping)
1 cup buttermilk
2 1/4 cups cake flour (Not to be confused with normal white flour.)
1 teaspoon vanilla (I always add a little extra.)
1 teaspoon baking soda

Cake Directions:
  1. In a larger mixer bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. In another bowl, mix red velvet coloring and cocoa until cocoa is completely dissolved. Add to the creamed mixture.
  4. Mixing on low speed, add buttermilk and flour alternately, beginning and ending with flour. Mix well but do not over-beat to ensure a light fluffy cake.
  5. Add vanilla flavoring, mix well.
  6. Blend the baking soda into the batter.
  7. Transfer into two floured and greased 9 inch round cake pans.
  8. Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for 25-30 minutes. Cool.

Frosting Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (I don't measure, I always add extra because I like the vanilla taste.)

 Frosting Directions:
  1. In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until creamy.
  2. Mix in the vanilla
  3. Gradually stir in the confectioners' sugar

Solar Eclipse

There was a solar eclipse down in the Cedar City area of Utah yesterday. We left church early so that we could drive 3 hours down to sit and watch for a half to full hour.
All of the pictures in the gif were taken with my camera through sun lenses, which is why the sky looks so dark. Walking around with those on made you completely blind.
Here was an earlier image, through the same lenses but my camera was on a different setting
Anyway. Where we were, the eclipse started at around 6 pm-ish on May 20, 2012.

It was pretty awesome. First solar eclipse I've ever seen. There's supposed to be another one in a few years up in the Yellowstone area.

Original Characters

Steampunk Mumei...Because I can ^^

There, here's a pic of a really cute couple. They are two of my original characters that I might actually write a story about. They're names are Mumei (the red head) and Hitaru (the dragon)

And  this is a realistic Hitaru, he's so cute ^^

Mumei used to be an assassin named Scarlet Nightmare, and this is what she looked like. She covered her eyes because that area of the face tends to be the most recognizable, and she's half canine demon, she relies heavily on scent and hearing.

This is modern Mumei, with both her tails out and her ears. This is her normal outfit....it was supposed to be more red then that, but somehow it turned out a little pink.
This is Mumei and a humanoid Hitaru, I drew this a long time ago
This is my favorite so far. I just drew it today. It's Mumei with one of her two swords.
It shows Mumei in her worst fear, being alone

This is my character Hyouden. He's an arctic dragon. He was adopted by Hitaru after he ran away from his tribe because he was supposed to be the next leader and he didn't have enough confidence in his abilities as leader because he was so young
Hyouden's human form, at least an older pic of it...
This is Mumei's adopted mom. Her name is Despair, and with her two sisters, Demise and Desire, they create the strongest emotions. Despair embodies sorrow and fear. Demise embodies anger and hate. Desire embodies love and...well...desire. Desire belongs to SiverWolf-Song
Despair again, she just woke up
Left to right: William(Mahou), Kiden, and Drake
William is British, he's also a wyvern, he's called Mahou because he loves magic tricks and the other two are Japanese and have a hard time pronouncing the L's in his name
Kiden is Hitaru's twin brother, so another Asian dragon. He more of a punk then his younger twin.
Drake is SilverWolf-Song's character. He's the older brother of Kiden's girlfriend.
Akki.
He's Mumei's pet. He's a hellcat and he stands 6 1/2 feet tall at the shoulders. He is extremely protective of Mumei, and Hitaru for the most part

Because I can

I completely forgot that I even had this, then my friends were talking about their blogs....so yah.

No one's reading and no one cares.....I don't even care that much......

Why am I still writing? Better question, if you are reading this, why are you still reading it?
